I was awarded through an RFP process a consulting and transaction services assignment for the site selection of an Integrated Addictions and Withdrawal Management Service Hub facility.  Critical components of this assignment included a detailed analysis of the Sarnia commercial real estate market (historical and current), and the creation of own versus lease scenarios.  A detailed project plan was developed to ensure that optimal site selection criteria resulted in meeting the program requirements and community needs.

Other critical components of the assignment included:

  • complete advertising campaign
  • conduct modified real estate tender
  • interview short-listed proponents
  • creation of site selection criteria
