As part of an outsourcing relationship with Infrastructure Ontario, I lead a team of transaction managers that completed over 400 lease transactions per year.  The team worked with the various provincial ministries and their respective programs to complete real estate options analyses (REOAs) 18-24 months in advance of critical dates.  Recommendation reports were prepared and direction was obtained from the ministry level to proceed with a transaction.  Conventional real estate analysis was completed for every assignment and alternatives were presented for consideration.

Through a “playbook” approach to completing assignments, we were able to deliver a consistent quality of output with measurable results. A set of key performance indicators (KPIs) was developed with IO that were measured and scored quarterly.
